Correction Deed Clauses
The property sale deed or agreement to sale have anything enter or typed wrong information and after the deed is done its know by the bank or any person than to correct that information there is the provision of correction deed.
The following are some of the important clauses that need to be included in the Correction Deed:
1. Names and Addresses of the parties involved.
2. Details of the original deed.
3. Description of the rectification to be made.
4. It must be clear and concise in language to avoid future complications.
5. It must not alter the scope of the original document or violate any regulations.
6. Care must be taken to ensure that the rectification doesn’t deprive either party of their rights.
