Eligibility for Applying Marriage Certificate :
●Both parties should be more than 21 years of age for males and 18 years for females.
●The parties must live for at least one month in the district where marriage is to be registered.
●There should not be more than one spouse of any of the parties at the time of marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act and Special Marriage Act it is allowed.
